How is Sattvagun A2 Cow Ghee made ?

Process of making
Collection: we collect pure A2 cow milk from our desi cow farms , located in plains of aravalli mountain range.

Curding : then whole milk is converted into curd, in a clay pot to keep the nutrients of milk alive .

Bilona : once the curd is formed, churning is done using a traditional wooden churner until the butter separates from butter milk.

Heating: this butter is then heated at a certain temperature, to get purest form of ghee consisting golden texture.

What is A2 cow ghee, and how is it different from regular ghee ?

A2 cow ghee is made from the milk of cows that produce the A2 beta-casein protein, making it easier to digest compared to regular ghee, which often contains the A1 beta-casein protein. Our A2 cow ghee is crafted using traditional methods to preserve its rich flavor and nutritional benefits.
